HANDSET RETURN POLICY (Excluding iPhones):

You can receive a refund or 1 exchange within 14 days from purchase with this receipt and original packaging. To receive a full refund or exchange, merchandise should be in like-new condition with no visible damage. A $35 re-stocking fee will be charged for each missing component. All handsets must be returned to original place of purchase. Charges for wireless services, features, activation fees, taxes and surcharges are not refundable, transferable, exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

ACCESSORY RETURN POLICY (Excluding iPhones):

You can receive a refund or exchange the accessory in the first 14 days from purchase date with receipt and original packaging. To receive a full refund or exchange, merchandise should be in like-new condition with no visible damage. Most accessories carry a one year manufacturer warranty but the accessory must be exchanged directly through manufacturer. All cash refunds will be returned in the form of a check within 14 business days from the date of return.
